The Lower Manhattan Cultural Council’s Swing Space grant program presents: Geoff Gersh: Memory In Night Guitarist/Composer Geoff Gersh will present Memory In Night, a piece for 6 electric guitars bowed with metal files. Memory In Night explores motion in sound. With the guitarists set up in various positions in an old Wall St. bank vault, and the audience seated in the middle of the space, sound will travel through and around the audience, immersing them into a sonic environment rich in ambient drones and slowly developing melodies. Featuring guitarists: Dave Steele, Eric Hubel, Clifton Hyde, Terry McManus, Chris Conly & Todd Neufeld 14 Wall St. - Lower Vault This event is FREE! Its only 5 bucks a print as always and to boot, they will be having a raffle for 5 bucks which gives you 5 chances to win art stuff! Hochbaum will have a one of a kind work on paper to win, and Stoupakis will be raffleing a limited edition print of one of his paintings, and will also be adding the original drawings for the screens to the raffle prize package!
